busy bee. - So for the past few months I have been painting quite endlessly. With four group shows coming up and a solo at the end of the year... I need to be seriously cranking out paintings. First group show will be in Singapore (July), then with Finale (August) and for October shows in KL and in Jakarta. All I am extremely excited for! Will post more for the details very soon! Cheers!

BIG NEWS! - hello everyone, just a week ago I signed up with Finale for them to handle my work, exclusively. this is very exciting for me, as it allows me to focus more on painting and less about running around. i'm currently painting for a solo show by the end of this year and doing some new in between as well.busy busy busy!

N.Y. (New Year) - ... Wishing everybody a great New Year ahead of them! Just wrapped up a series of new works before the year ended. Now I have three rolls of freshly purchased canvas ready for 2008 and I am stoked to get back and do some work in the studio just as soon as New Year's hoo-ha settles :)

ITS ABOUT TIME... - to update that is. So many exciting things have happened this November!

First up is an article written by Jerome Gomez in this month's METRO magazine. It's a really nice piece that talks about my recent solo show at Blanc Gallery last August, and also my thought process towards painting. I'm glad Jerome was able to make sense of what I said during our talk, hahaha! Copies may still be available, so go get a copy and check it out!

Speaking of Blanc Gallery, the annual December show opens in December 2, 2007 at Blanc. More than 60 artists (I think...) are participating this year. Sure to be a whole spectrum of great works (some of which I admire). I have a new piece included in the show some what inspired by Goya so please do drop by when you get the chance.
